Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Visual Merchandising (VM) support for stores in Latvia and Estonia.

• Ensuring correct implementation of VM standards.

• Regular VM visits in stores, implementing company rules and standards.

• Coordinating VM processes for new store openings, relocations, and enlargements.

• Organizing and delivering VM trainings.

• Participation in projects and optimizing existing processes.

• Cooperation with internal departments to ensure better results in stores.
